Reseller Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment into the Reseller Program is effective as soon as your application is approved.
2. The resale price advertised by the Reseller must not be lower than the product price listed on the Ecomdev’ website http://shop.ecomdev.org.
3. The Reseller should provide customers with an ability to easily download an unlimited number of products at no additional cost.
4. The Reseller should offer customers free or paid-for installation, upgrade and customization services to ensure a consistently-high standard of customer experience.
5. The Reseller should deliver high quality product support with no additional cost for customer.
6. The Reseller is responsible for delivering support and providing refunds to end-customers. Ecomdev does NOT provide support or refunds to the resellers’ end-customers.
7. The Reseller can be moved to a different tier upon request.
8. The Reseller account will be downgraded to a regular customer account if any of the above mentioned eligibility requirements are not met.
9. Ecomdev reserves the right to terminate the Reseller relationship without any prior notice, or alter the terms of the Reseller Program, or quit the Program at its own discretion.
